LIVEFOOD

In cold weather, it is neccessary for customers purchasing livefood to also purchase a heat pack to be used with delivery otherwise we can not guarantee live arrival.

To ensure you receive the freshest livefood possible, all livefood orders are despatched on Tuesdays and Fridays when we have fresh delivery.

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch items purchased within 5 (five) working days. However depending on availability items may take longer to be despatched. When we recieve your order you will recieve a confirmation email.

If there is a problem with availability you will be notified by email and will be informed how long it will be before you receive your items. It should not be more than 7 days.

National Delivery

Royal Mail - Price dependant on weight
All Royal Mail items are despatched First Class Recorded. A signature is required.

Private Courier - £8.99 per 25kg
Items will be despatched via 24 hour courier so will arrive the day after despatch. A signature is required.

Local Van Delivery

Local delivery is also available. Price is variable depending on your area. Please contact the shops for details.
